Christmas Wishes

Merry Christmas from Southern AccentsThe events of this past week have evoked an emotional response from folks all across our country. It certainly shook us to the core. Southern Accents is a small family owned and operated business. We reside in a small town. The kind of town where one would think that a tragedy like what happened in Newton, Connecticut could not possibly happen here. Friday’s events reminded us that it could.

Last Friday as we watched the events in Newton unfold, we were all quick to contact our loved ones just to hear their voice. School could not dismiss early enough. The urge to reunite with our children, hold them in our arms, and tell them one more time how very much they are loved was overwhelming. Life is precious and Friday we were once again reminded that it is also short. During this season of joy we are saddened by the demented actions of one lost soul. We are also reminded that there is hope. Hope in one who is greater than the senseless and incomprehensible actions of any man. “For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Saviour which is Christ the Lord.”

This Christmas our wish for you is to experience the joy, the love, the peace and the hope that comes from knowing the only true source of all these things.

Thank you for your business, your friendship, your encouragement. In a time where owning and operating a small business is an ever increasing challenge, your patronage allows us to continue doing what we love.

May God’s blessings be upon you and your loved ones this Christmas.”
